Rack Packaged AC are 19” 10 U size packaged AC which directly fit at the bottom of the rack and ensure precise cooling needs only for Rack. Thus it helps to reduce on AC capacity and thus helps to save on capex and opex. These units throw hot Air of rack from the back of AC in to atmosphere and hence are majorly used for Racks in open atmosphere.

Rack Split AC units are having a 19” rack mount IDU and a wall mountable ODU. These AC are used for precise cooling in rack with lower capacity of AC. The split Rack is used for cases where Rack are placed inside closed room and the hot air is removed and thrown out in atmosphere via outdoor unit.
